How do I join a raid room?

Joining a raid room takes only a few seconds. Here’s how:

Steps to join

1. Open PokeRadar and allow location access if prompted
2. On the map, tap a raid marker near you
3. You’ll see a list of active rooms for that raid
4. Tap a room to preview who’s already in it
5. Tap Join to enter the room
6. When you arrive at the gym, tap I’m here so others know you’re ready

What if there are no rooms?

If no rooms exist for a raid yet, you can create one yourself:

1. Tap the raid marker on the map
2. Tap Create a room
3. Set a player limit (default is 10)
4. Share the room with other trainers nearby

Room limits

Each room supports up to 20 trainers by default. The room creator can adjust this. Once the limit is reached, no new trainers can join.

What happens when the raid starts?

The room creator can tap Start Raid to notify everyone. The room automatically closes 10 minutes after the raid timer expires.
